Once you have submitted all of the required documentation to your graduate school and have submitted your dissertation or thesis in ETD Administrator, your ETD will be reviewed by your graduate school. Graduate schools normally review, approve and deliver ETDs close to the student's graduation date. If you have questions or need your dissertation or thesis available sooner, contact your graduate school.
After delivery, your ETD will then be published in the ProQuest database and in RUcore, the Rutgers repository, which might take several weeks to a month. Upon publication, your ETD will be freely available via the Internet, unless you have requested deferred access (embargo).
