If your dissertation has been approved by your graduate school but either not yet delivered to be published or has already been published, contact your graduate school. Explain the changes you need to make, whether to the PDF, the metadata or the embargo. The graduate school staff will contact ETD Support at Rutgers to arrange for you to make the updates.
If your dissertation or thesis has not yet been approved by your graduate school in ETD Administrator (i.e., it’s being reviewed or not yet reviewed), do NOT create a new submission. Instead, you can make changes by logging in to the site where you submitted, click on the “My Dissertations/Theses List” tab, then click on the Revise button for your submission (see screenshot below). Click on Revise Details under "Revisions/Changes" in the left column. You will be able to make changes to the metadata (ETD details) and the PDF.
